DIAMANT 18-18-18 is a soluble NPK fertilizer which is used in fertigation by way of the leaves. It is presented in the form of soluble crystals enriched with boron and molybdenum in mineral form; also iron, manganese zinc and copper chelating agents with the disodium salt of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA). It is used as a complement to fertilization in depth of crops and plantations of citrus fruit trees, fruit trees, horticultural produce, industrial use, olive trees and vines and especially in moments of major crop activity; that is to say in the active growth stage, in the fruit bearing stage, and during the stage of fruit growth.
Nitrogen is a fundamental component of amino acids, combined with carbohydrates it forms lignin in the cell walls; it forms part of the energy system of the plant and intervenes in the synthesis of vitamins and auxin. Phosphorous causes the transfer of energy to the whole plant; in addition to the fact that it is essential in the formation of the seeds, it stimulates root growth, improves the firmness of the plant and accentuated the organoleptic characteristics of the fruit. Potassium plays a part in the mechanism of water regulation within the plant and the synthesis of proteins and carbohydrates; it also regulates the resulting bi products of photosynthesis via the phloem and their subsequent distribution to the plant organs. It also increases stem resistance, strengthens the root system and participates in the filling out and ripening of the fruit.
Dosage and Applications
Soil application:
In irrigation drip: 15 - 20 kg/ha. Apply every 7-12 days according to the necessities of crop.

DIAMANT 18-18-18 is compatible with the majority of fertilizers and phitosanitary products normally used, being advisable not to mix with mineral oils and alkaline products.
